Our Mission

On our blog we’ll tell the story about each bottle of wine:
- describe the type
- detail how we enjoyed each glass 
- discuss the sight, smell, and taste of each bottle
- chronicle any hangovers

Finally, we’ll give a ranking from 1 (Skunk) to 5 (Classic).
